Te definicje(obydwie) jasno mówią jedno. "Taśmy prawdy" były korupcją. Nazywanie tego negocjacjami to stosowanie podwójnych standardów, a w takiej sytuacji to przestaje być już demokracja. Z czasów PRL zna wiele osób podobne podwójne stnadardy. Partyjny może więcej!

DAVE TARRIDA [Tresor/Sativae]

Along with fellow Scottish producers Tobias Schmidt and Neil Landstrumm, Dave Tarrida has played an important role in establishing Edinburgh as a breeding ground for dark, quirky experimental techno with a dancefloor orientation. But years before Tarrida began producing his own tracks, he focused primarily on fostering Edinburgh's scene and helping Schmidt, Landstrumm, and others launch their careers as producers. Tarrida's prominent role in the techno community began in 1991 when he began hosting a club night called Sativa. Running until 1996, Sativa functioned as the premier night for techno in Edinburgh, with local talents such as Schmidt and Landstrumm performing live and international DJs such as Claude Young and DJ Hell gracing the decks; furthermore, Tarrida served as a DJ as well as the brains behind the legendary club. In addition, Tarrida launched the record label Sativae with Steve Glencross in 1993 after beginning to realize the success of the club night; the two eventually launched two sublabels, Drought and Penalty, and released early recordings by Schmidt, Landstrumm, and Christian Vogel, among others. By 1996, though, Sativa had grown too large, and Tarrida was ready to develop his career as not only a DJ, devoting more time to high-profile gigs across the European continent and eventually America, but also as a producer, making his debut as Pujol (the Chupacabre EP on the Scandinavia label). In 1998 he saw his first release on the globally recognized Tresor label (the Test EP with Tobias Schmidt), and other EPs followed for Tresor and other labels. When Tarrida moved from Edinburgh for the Mediterranean locale of Barcelona in 1999, it signaled the next step in his career -- he began work on what would be his first full-length album, Paranoid. Tresor released the album in 2001, and it found Tarrida moving further forward as a producer, positioned alongside fellow experimental techno peers such as Landstrumm and Schmidt, whose careers he helped launch years earlier.

Now living in Barcelona we were fortunate enough to catch Dave to do a Basterdized feature and are very honoured to be able to host his first ever live set on the net.... Basterdized welcome, techno legend... Dave Tarrida

RUSSIA: RACISM REARS UP

and other cities. Violent skinheads beat and even kill people in full
view of the police and public.

A recent report by the International Helsinki Federation for Human
Rights sheds light on why the Moscow authorities have done so little to
protect minorities.  The Human Rights in Russian Regions Report  for
2000  contains 30 pages of painstakingly documented cases of abuses by
Moscow police against dark-skinned non-Muscovites.  One African student
comments that every African he knows has been beaten by skinheads.
These attacks are frequent throughout the year but become particularly
vicious around Hitler's birthday  -- 20 April.  The report makes clear
that the authorities pursue a policy of deliberate harassment and
intimidation ranging from arbitrary identity checks to eviction, illegal
detention, torture, and murder.

Pogrom in Moscow

On 30 October roughly 300 skinheads wearing insignia of the fascist
Russian National Unity (RNU) party and wielding metal bars went on a
rampage in a Moscow market at the Tsaritsino metro station. There the
thugs killed 2 persons and injured 22 others.  The police arrived and
fired warning shots but more than 100 attackers escaped and continued on
to the Kakhovskaya metro station. There they killed one person and
injured 12.  The attackers yelled racist slogans and targeted dark
skinned persons -- Armenians, Roma, Indians and Afghans.

In September 2000, the web site gazetasng.ru reported that several
dozen skinheads went hunting on the Metro for people from the
Caucasus and started beating them. Police allegedly watched and did
nothing.5
On April 20, 2001 (Adolf Hitler's birthday), skinheads attacked
minorities throughout the city. One Chechen teenager was stabbed to
death near Red Square by skinheads.6

In March 2001, a group of 25 Chechen students were reportedly the
victims of a racially motivated attack by the Moscow Oblast police.
Early in the morning of March 28, police forces allegedly raided the
Chechens' dormitory rooms, dragged the students from their beds at
gunpoint, set their dogs on one student, and stole some of the students'
belongings. The police forced the students to lie on the floor until
midday then took the students to the local police station for several
hours of interrogation. According to Novaya Gazeta, the same police unit
that harassed these students has been involved in similar incidents
directed against other ethnic minorities in the past.

który NASA chce zrealizować. Przeczytałem to na stronie:

O ile mi się nie pomyliło to ma byc nowa sonda mająca badać heliopauzę! czyli
bramę do wrót ku gwiazdom. Owszem do nich jeszcze daleko, ale jesli to prawda
to być może niedługo wykonamy nastepny krok ku prawdziwym misjom
międzygwiezdnym.Oby tylko nie ucieli na nią kasy!
A i ciekawe jaki będzie mieć napęd. Bo ja bym proponował kombinację napęd
chemiczny do NTR ( Nuclear Termics Reactor).

NASA selects SwRI proposal to study interstellar boundary

NASA has selected a proposal by Southwest Research Institute(r) (SwRI) to
examine the feasibility of a mission to study the interstellar boundary, the
region between our solar system and interstellar space. The proposal is one of
five candidates vying for two mission slots in NASA's Explorer Program of low
cost, rapidly developed scientific spacecraft.

The Interstellar Boundary Explorer (IBEX) mission led by SwRI would launch a
pair of energetic neutral atom (ENA) "cameras" to image the interaction between
the solar system and the low-density material between the stars, the
interstellar medium -- an interaction that has never been directly observed
before.

"Using energetic neutral atom imaging, IBEX would see the global interactions
between the solar wind and interstellar medium for the first time," says
Principal Investigator Dr. David J. McComas, who also serves as executive
director of the SwRI Space Science and Engineering Division. "This would give
us a much deeper understanding of the Sun's -- our star's -- interaction with
the galaxy," he says.

For IBEX, SwRI is partnering with other flight hardware developers Orbital
Science Corporation, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Lockheed Martin Advanced
Technology Center, Goddard Space Flight Center, the University of New
Hampshire, and the Applied Physics Laboratory. In addition, the team includes a
number of U.S. and international scientists from universities and other
institutions, as well as the Adler Planetarium, who are leading education and
public outreach for the mission.

In addition to IBEX, NASA selected the Normal-incidence Extreme Ultraviolet
Spectrometer (NEXUS), led by the Goddard Space Flight Center; the Dark Universe
Observatory (DUO), led by Carnegie-Mellon University; the Nuclear Spectroscopic
Telescope Array (NuSTAR), led by the California Institute of Technology; and
the Jupiter Magnetospheric Explorer (JMEX), led by the University of Colorado.

Each team will receive $450,000 to conduct a five-month concept study, after
which NASA will thoroughly evaluate the program content and technical, schedule
and cost feasibilities of the proposals. The agency expects to make its mission
selections in the fall of 2004, with launches scheduled for 2007 and 2008.

Should NASA select IBEX for development, total mission cost would be $132
million.

W planach jest też wersja lossless składanki (format FLAC), jako że każdy kawałek normalizowałem pod względem głośności i remasteringowałem na ile się to tylko dało, no i taka wersja będzie najlepsza jeśli ktoś chce sobie wypalić płytki w audio. Jednak ze względu na ciężar plików (~1,32 GB) co daje dość długi czas uploadu, alternatywa będzie aktualna tylko jeśli ktoś wyrazi chęć na jej nabycie. Linki do podstawowej wersji (~334 mb, mp3 VBR) pojawią się lada dzień.

jest to lista gier na Ps2 które wyszły na zwykłych CD-R a nie na DVD-R co za tytm idzie można je spokojnie nagrać na CD-R za pomoca zwykłej nagrywarki i grać na ps2. Czyli eMule i inne p2p w do roboty :D koniec ze wspomaganiem piractwa skoro można go sobie zrobić samemu :D

Życiorys

Ma pochodzenie włoskie i ze strony matki szkockie. Syn Delory (ur. 1944) – psycholog zajmującej się astrologią, przyszedł na świat jako jeden z bliźniaków, ma brata Paula i dwie siostry. Nigdy nie poznał swojego biologicznego ojca. Jego ojczym Irving (ur. 1935) był nauczycielem technik aktorskich. Dorastał we wspólnocie artystycznej w nowojorskiej dzielnicy Greenwich Village. Mając pięć lat wystąpił w inscenizacji Kopciuszek jako książę. Po ukończeniu szkoły średniej Anglo-American International School w Nowym Jorku, studiował literaturę angielską w Hunter College, w wieku siedemnastu lat pracował jako ochroniarz w jednym z londyńskich klubów, gdzie został zauważony. Pracował także jako ochroniarz w legendarnym nowojorskim klubie The Tunnel. W 1988 roku przeprowadził się do stanu Kalifornia. Zadebiutował w dramacie Przebudzenia (Awakenings, 1990) u boku Roberta De Niro i Robina Williamsa.

W 1997 roku spróbował swoich sił jako reżyser i scenarzysta dramatu Zabłąkany (Strays), gdzie zagrał dilera narkotykowego. Niedługo potem wystąpił w roli szeregowca Adriana Caparzo w dramacie wojennym Stevena Spielberga Szeregowiec Ryan (Saving Private Ryan, 1998) z Tomem Hanksem i Edwardem Burnsem. Zajął się także dubbingiem, użyczył swojego głosu tytułowemu bohaterowi w animowanym filmie Stalowy gigant (The Iron Giant, 1999) oraz Kroniki Riddicka: Mroczna furia (The Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Fury, 2004). Zwrócił na siebie uwagę jako Dominic Toretto, przywódca gangu i miłośnik wyścigów samochodowych urządzanych na ulicach Los Angeles w filmie Szybcy i wściekli (The Fast and the Furious, 2001). Jego rola poszukiwanego kryminalisty Riddicka w thrillerze sci-fi Kroniki Riddicka (The Chronicles of Riddick, 2004) zebrała słabe recenzje i otrzymała nominację do Złotej Maliny dla najgorszego aktora.
